BRITSBURGH FESTIVAL - DIY Pub Quiz at The Leaning Cask Pub

One last chance to raise a glass as the Ninth Annual Britsburgh Festival comes to a close! Join us at The Leaning Cask Brewing Company for a unique pub quiz and great company! 

Smashingly Good Ales! The Leaning Cask Brewing Company is a craft brewery in Springdale, PA. While they produce a wide variety of craft ale styles, The Leaning Cask specialize in English brewing methods; Britsburgh loves that! The combination of traditional brewing and American influence on style provides for a truly unique experience in craft beer.​ They also brew and serve traditional cask conditioned ales.

We want to put our members - and their incredible noggins - at the heart of this event and give them a chance to show off their unique knowledge of UK history, culture, and character for a DIY pub quiz. Come prepared with a few questions (and correct answers!) about your favorite aspects of Anglophilia to see how many people you can stump at the gathering - and imagine all of the conversations that will ensue! Britsburgh will also have a quiz to pass out that evening; work together with the folks at your table, but no phoning a friend or asking Siri for answers! Expect a special prize for top marks! 

THE DETAILS

WHEN: Sunday, September 10, 2023 from 3 - 6 PM. There will be a food truck but they sell out quick apparently. Really good pizzas can be ordered, delivered and eaten in the pub. This is a Dog Friendly pub.

NOTE: Steelers Game will be showed from 1PM at the Pub if you want to get there early!
